Delivery and payment

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. We process orders on weekdays between 10:00 and 19:00 Moscow time. Order status updates and delivery details will be sent to the email address specified at checkout.


The choice of delivery company depends on the destination country.

Delivery rates are calculated automatically in the cart at checkout. They are based on the weight of the order and your zip code. Duties and taxes applied in the country of destination are included in the delivery price.

We cannot know the exact delivery time in advance, unfortunately. In EU countries and USA the delivery takes 15-20 business days on average. This does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

Please note that ceramics are quite heavy and fragile cargo requiring careful packaging. Therefore, unfortunately, we can’t provide free or very low shipping costs.

All payments are made by debit or credit card via Stripe. Paid orders are immediately transferred to the delivery service.


If you wish to return or exchange an order please request the return via [email protected]

We recommend checking the product for completeness, visible defects, and transport damage as soon as it is delivered. If any of the items are broken, please take a photograph and/or video. If we or the shipping company are responsible for the item being damaged, then we will refund you the full amount of your order, including delivery costs.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a fault of ours or a claim. Returns are made by post to our warehouse in Amsterdam. Products should be returned in their original packaging and they are to be unused. If the item arrives broken, the right of return waives.

After we receive your return, we will immediately issue you a refund on the card with which the order was paid for. We are not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.
