Delivery and payment

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. We process orders on weekdays between 10:00 and 18:00 (CET). Order status updates and delivery details will be sent to the email address specified at checkout. We ship every order within 2-3 working days.


All orders are shipped with PostNL from Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

Delivery rates are calculated automatically in the cart at checkout. They are based on the weight of the order and your zip code. Duties and taxes applied in the EU countries will be included in the delivery price. If the country of destination is not a part of the EU, additional taxes and duties may apply.

We cannot predict the exact delivery time in advance, unfortunately. Delivery to EU countries takes 2-10 business days on average, excluding weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (due to weather, cargo loads, traffic, etc).

Please note that ceramics are quite heavy, fragile cargo that needs careful packaging. Therefore, unfortunately, we can’t provide free or very low shipping costs.

All payments are made by debit or credit card via Stripe Payments. Paid orders are immediately transferred to the delivery service for processing.


If you wish to return or exchange an order please request the return via hello@agami.studio

We recommend checking your delivery for completeness, visible defects, and transport damage as soon as it arrives. If any of the items are broken, please take a photograph and/or video. If we or the shipping company are responsible for the item being damaged, then we will refund you the full amount paid for your order, including delivery costs.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after you receive it. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to an error on our side or a claim. Returns are carried out by post to our warehouse in Amsterdam. Products should be returned unused and in their original packaging. If an item arrives broken, the right of return waives.

After we receive your return, we will immediately issue a refund to the card you used to pay for the order. We are not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.
